Just realised that i got quite no. of vouchers which i haven't put into good use this mth. As usual i dun really check my hotmail, that's why i only found out today. didn't know that i have a pizza hut's bday voucher - FREE One Regular Hawaiian Pan Pizza (worth $16.50) with e purchase of ala carte or set meal. Luckily e voucher is valid till 15 April 09. Won't miss out too much.

I also found out that I actually have other bday vouchers too. For instance, 20% off Swensen ice cream 1kg, 25% off Yakiniku Daidomon Ala Carte menu - click on their "website", 15% off total bill and 1 Free soft drink at The Big Bird at Bukit Timah or Paradiz centre, Free Egg Tart and tea OR coffee at Bao Today outlets at Marina Sq or OUB Centre and also voucher for Fortunate Restaurant. All have to be utilised by the end of this month. I have less than 10 days to go! I'm going to let D choose e venue(s) and bring me go next week~*

There's also a 10 bucks Tangs voucher (Vivo's outlet) and 20% Sasa voucher not used. Sometimes it's not that I dun wanna use but it's rather hard to meet the terms and conditions in the vouchers. Eg, can only be use for regular (non-sales) items, cannot be used on food or beverage OR only can use for certain brands in e store, tell me what's really left for me to buy?

Zzz... Woke up feeling so hot and sticky this morning but afternoon, weather turned cold and started raining. Rainy weather always means that it's gd to slp in but not gd to go out. Yeah... so I stayed at home today and i have a strong feeling i'll do so tmro too. I need a gd rest cos next wk will be my 1st time being an ATL. Cross fingers that everything will go on smoothly. I dun want to disappoint anyone and wanna prove to them that I can lead well. This is my chance, I have to grab it well by doing a gd job.

Will be watching 溏心風暴之家好月圓 (21/40) with my mom later. e show will get more exciting when from 25th episode onwards, i wanna watch faster but mom is always not free to watch with me. Can't go ahead to watch 1st, otherwise, i will still have to repeat watching again when she's free. lolx... that's e disadvantage of it.

CL just came back from her TPE trip last Tues. She's gotten me a very cute Forever Friends with e Happy Birthday theme. So cute!

Clara's farewell

After much decisions, we have finally decided to bring Clara to Essential Brew for her farewell. =)

Being e co-organiser with Keith, must say that e farewell turned out to be very gd. Of cos, it's always e pple that makes everything fun too! I find that e restaurant was excellent. We were given a "window seat" table upstairs where it's so cosy for everyone. Clara, Linda and I were there before and we love the food there. Even for Keith and Janise who have nvr been there b4, can see that they enjoyed themselves. Janise even wants to come back again. Yups, with e disc vouchers on hand, I'm sure she will.

It was all e reminiscing of old time classic jokes that we will nvr forget. It's funny to laugh over all these. Pretty entertaining session. Haha... we were not e noisiest group down there. There's a big group of pple sitting behind us celebrating one of their frens' bday. Can hear their voice pretty clearly as well. Surprised to find out that e bday gurl was 22 yrs old only. Cos even Keith and me look much younger in their grp. Lolx. Then, there's another table next to us, also having bday celebration. this time, it's a bday gurl's 21st!! nice nice... it's fun to sing along when each table sang e bday song!

Gd times always past by quickly. Soon, it was 10 plus. There's a VIP coming. We made Clara guess who he/she was. She kept thinking he's Victor/Rayve which I initially thought so too. Lolx. But they gave her alot of clues until she finally knew e ans to herself but didn't want to tell us. Yahs. that's right, it's him! Linda's bb boy~ When her hubby came with him, he became e center of attraction. We were all crowding around him when Clara were carrying him in her arms. We were sitting just right below e aircon and we could see bb Ian was really shivering with holding on to both his fists. Quickly got his beannie and blanket out.

Haha.. Bb Ian was indeed e "VIP" that we kept taking pics of him that I suddenly remembered that we didn't have much pics taken with e main host, Clara!! LOLx... We took pics with Clara using her camera. Still pending for e pics. We decided to leave e restaurant before 11pm while e waitress were busy clearing e tables. Enjoyable session and we told Clara that next time we will still meet up and Keith will be e main organiser. =>

Happy Bday! Lis!

Whoo!! It's a special day today, it's my bday!! xD

So lucky that my bday turns out to be a Sunday. I have e pleasure to be celebrating my actual bday itself with my sistas!! Grace, SH & Jas. They are a lovely bunch really! In fact, e celebration is for 3 of us! Yups, both Jas & Grace were born in e month of March as well! So coincidence. And our dear Shu Hui was so nice to buy a stalk of flower for each of us. It's actually a rose from a pink towel, pretty special! :) Not only that, she also got us a Chocolate Fudge cake from Swissbake. Thx Jas for e bday card too, it's lovely!

We all had a gd time @ Pizza Hut. We got ourselves a very worthwhile promotion setmeal - Splitzza Fiesta Meal which was for 4-6 pax. Hawaiian pizza happens to be e all-time-favourite for all of us. So we got that and e other pizza was e Crispy Thin Splitzza.

After we finished our meal, SH came up with a very gd "acting" as she "ba-kat" with e staff to serve us e bday cake, which surprised e other bday gurls. Haha, not a surprise for me cos I gotta choose e cake with SH. Yay! WOW, it's my 3rd bday cake this yr. We've also gotten a cup of complimentary chocolate & vanilla ice-cream known as e Chocolate Symphony!!

So pleased with this yr's celebration. Gd time spent with great pals. Made another wish this time, hope it will come true. =)

Pretty glad that my frens all enjoyed themselves. For me, I do enjoy alot. Thanks everyone for e bday greetings, thanks all for not forgetting me! :D

Whooh!

"ABC" stands for Advanced Bday Celebration!

Had my 3rd ABC today. Jas, Wx, Cindy and Ling were present. Jason came towards e end of e celebration to send me his regards and send Cindy home too. Pple missing were Stel & LY. Missing them loads, thanks for e bday regards via SMS too! xD

My gals intended to bring me to dine in at Aburiya Jap restaurant at Holland V but it already ceased operations in Feb this yr. So we changed e venue to NYDC instead. Jas and I were e 1st to reach, followed by Ling & Cindy. B4 they arrived, Jas and I ordered "That Boney Cake" from e combo series. Love e hot n cold combination. Nice!! Can see e "smoke" effect but dunno if it's from e ice cream or e cake. LOLx.

Ling got me a really cute bday cake from the Icing Room. Very surprised cos it was such a cute lil cake which was DIY by Ling!! Can see that it's decorated by her from e handwriting, so sweet of her!! :)

We were busy taking pics of e cake when e waitress came to us and said that no outside food is allowed to be consumed. She said we can only take photos and cut e cake but can't eat it. Such a booboo! Just nice Wx came and we sorta told him what happened and he approached e staff there and guess what?! the staff actually said that we could EAT e cake there but it's for this time only. Thx WX! Kept e cake in their fridge 1st and continued ordering their main course.

After finishing e food, we asked for e cake. Okay, shd say that e svc was not bad, they trsf e cake for us onto the plate and gave us another 5 more empty plates with forks. My frens sang me e bday song, followed by candle-blowing time. silently made a wish that i hope it will come true by Dec 09. after which was a series of photo taking sessions before cutting e cake. 5 pieces each were just nice for each of us after a heavy meal. =D

Had a fun time opening up my bday pressies! Luckily I opened up Cindy's pressie 1st which was so much easier to open than Jas' one. The wrapping paper was easy to open but not e scotchtape that surrounds e styrofoam box. If i'm nt wrong, Wx took e video for abt 4mins. I attempted to use fork, knife from e other table and Cindy's key just to open up e box. So hilarious!

Love their pressies alot. Cindy & Jason: Me-to-u bear's bday card, Lulu Rose perfume & Precious Moments handsoap & hand lotion. Jas & Wx: Handmade card by Jas & Precious moment's "Girl holding Bouquet of Hearts Musical". hee ^^

Moving on, we wanna go to Eski Bar which we tot it will still be around in Holland V but nope, it was no longer there. So in e end, we went to chill out at Indo Chine. Very nice place to relax. each of us ordered different drinks and I found mine quite special - Baby Doll under e Brandy Cocktail category. Pple say dun judge a book by its cover, but i'm somehow judging a drink from its name. Sounds gd and taste gd too! LOLx.. not too bitter, not too sour but e sweetness was just nice. Dun order tropical beach if u dun want to drink smth that taste like medicine made up of banana and coconut. Hahas.. everybody were relaxing and perhaps too relaxed that we nearly fell aslp. e music there wasn't too loud that I think i rmb Jas saying that she wanna play her MP3 or smth to keep her awake. Me finished my drink quite fast cos I didnt go for e Happy Hour- One-for-One drink. It's for all drinks except cocktail & mocktail but i only like those two. So just too bad. Haha, in e end, my frens decided to order chicken wings & potato wedges. Nice supper to end off e day~*

Had a great time with them. truly enjoyed myself~* thanks all for e adv celebration! muacks~*

My colleagues brought me to Pastamania for lunch and i didn't know that it was a treat from them. Wanted to pay them but they insisted no need. Such a pleasant surprise when i guessed that smth was "not right"! Muacks to JC, MA & CL for giving me such sweet treats for my bday in advance! 2nd one till date :D

Cleared as much work as possible and worked till abt 9 plus so that i can go leave on peacefully from next Mon to Fri. Also crossing my fingers that i won't come back with "big or small bombs".

Ended e day sharing abit of my background with my colleague cos we touched some topic which is kinda related to what i told her. believe that she is quite a trusted fren, always offering gd advice n a gd listening ear.

Yups... that's abt it. Looking fwd to celebrating my bday in advance again tmro with my poly buddies this time* Muacks, Lis~*

looking fwd to weekend~

Always feel extra awake on a thurs night, bcos i always love e arrival of Friday. Yeah TGIF tmro!!

1st of all, it's Edwina & YL's bday tmro. Wanna wish them a very happy bday! Hope they are having a great time today~

Woo.. my teammates and i have been surviving till today. Workload has been increasing gradually and already one teammate was on leave for e week which cause manpower down, now another one going on 3 days MC straight from Wed to Fri. He was not feeling very well this week and he thought it was normal fever. Who knows yest he went to the doctor early in e morning and was suspected to have dengue fever which needs to be confirmed by e test in e same afternoon. But today, he went to the doctor again and found out that it was actually Foot-and-Mouth Disease (FMD) that he had gotten from his 1 yr old+ son. That was pretty unlucky.

Just managed to change e blogskin but e layout is kinda funny. The layouts will go out of their positions unless i refresh e page. Now that I've changed e skin, i dunno how to tie in the comments html into it. So yeah, e most i can do is to have a tagboard.

Okays!! Time to go to bed for now. D is on e line but e conversation is rather making me crazy. xP

~ Advanced bday celebration ~

Received an sms from Jee to meet up after work. Kinda impromptu but both of us were excited abt it. was counting to after work but bcos of manpower constraint, can only leave at 7pm. Was fascinated by my estimation of time. For e past one week or so, i was able to "tell" my colleagues what time we can go back, which was pretty accurate. xP

Jee suggested gg to Marche for dinner. Great idea. Straightaway, my mind was filled with ROSTI all over. LOLS. e food that we will always order whenever we visit e place. love e catch up session with her. cam-whored a little.. too bad i left my camera at home, otherwise more pics will be taken for sure. it's such a challenge to take self-shots using iphone, cos it simply can't detect anything when we touch e screen.

Jee is always such a sweet fren who will initiate meetups and all. thanks for e bday pressie~* a nice pair of dangling earrings, i like! Not forgetting e flag and 2 balloons that she took for me at Marche. It was funny when i chased after e pink balloon which "flew away" to the ground and i was holding on to an empty stick for half a min.

Boohoo~

Woke up with a rather bad sorethroat. Forced down the pi pa gao 1st thing after i woke up and drank lotsa water. Yeah, my throat is much soothing now but the feverish feeling is still there. Pray hard that I'll be fine in e next couple of days.

Gonna meet up with Sis they all later for a hair trimming session. Whoo hoo~ Was lazy to go out but i haven't had a haircut since dec. Must say that e hairstylist is really gd, that's why my hair is not really 'out-of-shape' and can be maintain till date. But bcos appt has to be made at e salon at Yew tee, I'm very lazy to do so. Shall go back to e salon at Far East then. Haha.. won't come back with a surprise but just a neater haircut!

Tmro gonna go for my facial appt. It's been a mth or so that i didn't go back there. Guess i can't live w/o facial for e time being, with all e clogs and zits. Pretty irritating, women's money is so easy to earn. U would have agreed no more than me right?!

Gonna Gambette for e week when xiao di is not around. Can foresee alot of OTs coming. Hope that e Mind cafe on Tues with my poly buds will still be on.

Have to enjoy e week before e torturous wisdom tooth surgery comes. LOLx.
