如果人看不开就很容易专牛角尖, 这样对心理和身理都有很大的伤害。Overheard this statement from the radio station and think that it's very true.
No matter how difficult life is or how tough the problem may seem, there's always a way to get out of it. Definitely by running away from the problem, it will not help in the long term bcos we still need to face it some day. In fact, challenges are there for us to learn and be a better and stronger person next time. We all need to learn how to take on a positive role.
If we only have one lifetime, why don't we make the best out of it? Facing the problems all at once and learn to move on soon after that. Dwelling in a problem too long is not going to help and it's not healthy at all.
I think that instead of focusing in our own problems, we should do more meaningful things like reaching out for pple who really need help, which will mould us into a more better person. We are already considered very fortunate pple as compared to pple who live in 3rd world countries, pple who are fighting hard with their illnesses, etc. To put it bluntly, why don't we think of those pple who is really desperate for help than to keep thinking of those "insignificant problems" at hand? No offense though. The universe is so big, if we think we are the worst, there are pple who are worst than us. If we think that we are the poorest among the poor, there's still others who are much poorer than us. I think for a start, we should not always think of "I, me, myself" but the focus should be on others as well.
Hopefully by thinking of others, we will lead a happier life. Life is wonderful, just how u live it!
