Went to Sis hse in e noon to help out with her hse moving. It was great that I managed to help out in e moving of stuffs and so on. When Kor came by, we carried the bags downstairs and thought that we might need 2 cabs (if we can't get the London cab). But in actual fact, one cab was good enough for everything. We only waited for merely 1 min and we were all ready to head towards Kor's place.
I can't imagine myself moving hse one day. I'd have so many things to shift over. Really, I would have lost count of how many bags or luggage bags I would need to pack my stuffs in. Just clothes alone, I know it's gonna be a handful! I have them in my wardrobe, drawers, those hanging around in 2 rooms. But the contradicting thing is that I always dun seem to have enough clothes to wear. Yes that's bcos I'm a woman. No matter how much clothings I own, I would always think that I am running out of them.
Back to Kor's place, we reached his place and what welcomed us was a room fully furnished with blue painted walls, new wardrobe, dressing table and bed that comes in a set with matching colors. Sis didn't want take a min to rest 1st even though she was totally worn out from the previous day of packing. She continued to unpack everything and put them nicely in place.
Wow, I must say it's not easy. Kinda ashamed to admit that till now, I have not really done housework before. Not mopping of floor, washing of laundry/dishes, not even changing of bed sheet or pillow/bolster covers. Oh dear, I will have a lot to learn next time! As for Sis, I believe that she would have no problems with the household chores.
Can see that Sis was pretty efficient with keeping things tidy. It was very fast done up with the help of Kor. I only helped in a small way by putting up the hangers in e wardrobe and also changing the quilt cover for her. xP Well well, at least everything was done and they would be able to have a gd rest at nite.
We acc Sis to buy some daily essentials at the nearby provision shops before joining SH for dinner. Wow. Now that Sis is living with Kor, SH will have one more accompany. They are just a few blocks away! Jokingly, they suggested me to move over to Jurong West area in e near future to join them. Rmb that Jas they all suggested me to move over to Clementi area. Yeah, I do prefer the west area too. Shall think abt it one day.
Here's wishing that Sis and Kor will live harmoniously together! May they will experience all the good things and have a very blessed life!!!
