woo.. has been fighting with fatigue and not-so-gd appetite lately that i finally thought that it's time to go and find out what exactly happen to me. Since i knocked off early today, went ahead to PS' Eu Yan Sang after calling their outlet and knew that I could just pop by anytime after work.

e senior physician who can converse in very gd English told me that mine is a 'unique' case: my body is warm inside like fire but cold outside due to the imbalance of e yin and yang, in short poor blood circulation *nods* i know that! haha.. and i even suggested doing acupuncture on my own.
he said we could do it today but for my case, acupuncture alone won't solve anything if i dun eat medicine.. eee.. i dun like chinese medicine so i asked him is it gg to be tablet or liquid form. he said it's powder form to mix with warm water and drink. i thot it's nothing... but aiyooo.. i just drank a packet and it taste horrible.. cos i dislike bitterness!! eeww~
as for e acupuncture and moxibustion (got e term from e receipt given), it's my 1st time trying out. if u ask me whether is it painful when e needle is poked in, i say it's slightly stinging only. it never beats e facial extraction pain, that kind will drive u to tears. this one is only small case. but i also dun really enjoy cos i only move my hands and limbs slightly, the stinging feeling comes back again. was asked to lie down there for 30mins after e needles were inserted. a bell was placed below my left hand just in case i need immediate attn. i thot wad's gg to happen to me, e next moment he switched off e light and left me in e room.
haha.. I survived thru e acupuncture feeling super hungry and energetic after that. no adverse outcome, luckily! i read e brochure, some pple get dizziness or slight bleeding upon extraction of e needle.
Overall, paid $95 for consultation, acu and medication after a 5% disc for this month's promotion. next appt is 1 wk later. A little exp. but well, i'm already prepared for that.
