im looking for simple pleasures in life; nothing too complicated.

forcing things to happen will only make one more unhappy when u eventually get it.

life's short. there's too many things to explore than to wasting time on one particular issue in life. no point holding on to smth that's not meant to be in e 1st place. a person has to learn to let go at certain point in time and make a wise decision that will not let one regret for life. i'm learning as i go on with my everyday life.

i'm not gg to let myself dwell in this for that long. what matters to me is lots of things that i've neglected all these while. time to wake up from e dream that will never come true.

HKG trip (Part 2)
Sunday, July 26, 2009, 11:59 PM

Wahaha... we continued to pamper ourselves on the 2nd day of our trip. We agreed to wake up at 8.30am despite turning in late the night before. we went back to the jazucci and steam bath. cynthia taught us to use conditioner and leave it on our hair and go to the steam bath room, like doing treatment. e pressure of e jacuzzi sure helps to relax our tense shoulders. we dun get to enjoy such tai-tai life everyday and we were indulging every bit of it! =D

Took such pics of us in e hotel before checking out of e hotel. Next we took e train to Tsim Sha Tsui and walked quite a long distance to our next hotel in Kowloon, Royal Plaza hotel. A pretty nice hotel that many would recommend, it's so near Fa Yuen Street or the famous Women Street. Hmm... we should have took the train to Mong Kok East instead. Then we wouldn't be dragging our luggage and walking so far. But thank God we didn't have that much stuffs to carry around too.

Same thing here, we went to check in and they told us that the room was not ready again. We left our luggage bags with them and off for lunch and more shopping to come.

We had very nice Fish Egg noodle for lunch. We love their big serving of ice lemon tea too. 2nd time in HKG but 1st time in Fa Yuen street (literally known as Garden street in Chinese). hmm... we didn't really bargain cos it's e Summer Sales period, everything is going cheap! We were aiming for most stuffs ranging from HKG$49 onwards, not exceeding HKG$90.

As recommended by Linda, there's a shop called Jing (Mirror). There's dresses and blouses in mostly black at 1 glance. Think if u are looking for clothes for work, this is definitely a nice shop to go to. I've gotten around 4 items from there, costing HK$49 each which I know I should have gotten MORE than this. Converted to Sing dollars, it's like $9 for a dress or a decent blouse, wow... where to get this in SG! The standard of the clothes are like those selling in RED. in fact, there were 2 same shops in the street but we only found one. Ahhh... Linda was saying that they were selling similar but different designs as well. OMG... missed out on such a gd deal. Somemore everyday they will bring in different stocks except Mon if I'm not wrong. So if u happen go there on weekly or monthly basis, u will sure have lots to buy.

We continued walking and walking, shopping non-stop until our legs couldn't take it and we went to have chee cheong fun and tau huay. Disappointment! e sauce is not what we like, too bland and we need to add e sauce on our own. Aiyooz.. nth like e nice chee cheong fun I have yrs ago. Think it's their in-house type. Not tasty.

After going ard a few more shops, we decided to go back hotel to put down our shopping bags and take pics of our 'zhan li ping' and TRY them out in case they doesn't fit on us. WOW.. it's GREAT fun! there's some that we couldn't wear and we even could exchange them bcos it looks better on another person; hence we dun even have to go back to the shop to change for other sizes. lolx...

we took many decent n siao pix also.. went out to comb more streets and found that every shop is almost selling e same clothes, similar styles. told them that if i'm still schooling, prolly i would buy them.... cos i dun really want too many casual clothing anymore.. save $$.

we were too excited than feeling hungry that we intended to skip dinner at 1st, but gave up that idea after continuous walking. went into the restaurant and wanted to 'fried fish head bee hoon' but changed to 'fried fish slice bee hoon' instead. AIYO... luckily i never tell the waitress that i wanted to change bcos i wanna avoid the bones.. bcos their fried fish is e normal 'yu bing' (directly translated as 'fish biscuit'). Faints. LOL. my frens also ordered the same food as me.

went to shop at Nu Ren Jie (Women Street) at 10plus, heard that they were gg to close soon but hey, we were pretty lucky.. e shops were still open. last min shopping... and took more crazy photos in hotel after which. bought a very nice mango pudding back to hotel to enjoy as supper. woo.

haha.. this time, we didn't ask for extra bed. we managed to put the 2 twin bed together and 3 of us squeezed together in e cosy bed and had beauty slp.

next morning, before checking out, we went out to have bo lo bun n ovatine! a gd breakfast to start off e day. we went for another last min shopping again. wahaha.. cyn gotten herself a super worth for money wallet and i bought myself another top too. chenglan also bought a bag. cyn actually bought a blouse for e wrong size e night before and we managed to find e shop and exchanged for smth else. we were only trying our luck but it's really the right time, right place! =))

checked out and headed to the airport. had to go thru e long, long journey after taking train... much longer than going to take e NEL from the EW line at Dhoby Ghaut. abit of shoulder ache as we dragged e luggage with us. we were looking for e train and 'by luck', we got ourselves into a FIRST CLASS cabin. WOO.. so lucky.

had Popeye Chicken for lunch with our leftover 'ah gong $$'. i dunno why they use this name but it's cute anyway. it's like contributing $ and combining together and one person will just settle each meal's $. can u imagine that we still have $$ left after buying our 2nd round of meal?!

hahaa... somehow, i seemed to love Cathay even though the air stewardess look so-so only. not much of a eye candy this time. the food on board is tasty. i've managed to finish e whole set of potato chicken despite having lunch earlier. e flight coming back is so smooth, even the landing part is gd. no major turbulence at all, we were extremely blessed for e whole trip!

** we were really happy with e great buys we gotten. though coming back to SG, i counted and only have like less than 15 pieces of new clothing, i'm still very satisfied with this trip.. 3d2n is a short trip and what i gained are closer friendship and great time spent! woo~

we came back office e next day and everyone could see our joy on our face! we were literally smiling all day. what a recharged trip indeed! **

HKG trip (Part 1)
, 11:58 PM

3D2N HKG trip from 24-26Jul was really fast. In a blink of eyes, it's already 2 wks!

Went with 2 of my colleagues who have the intention of mai dong xi, chi dong xi.

Weather was extremely gd. Escaped from typhoon which happened 1 wk before and 1 wk after. So lucky. We only experienced really slight drizzling and we were actually wondering if it's water dripping from the roof of e shops or what.

For our flight, we managed to book on Cathay, with taxes, it's only abt $250. One of the cheapest promotions, not just for staff but anyone. Min 2 night stay. Working in travel line so long, this is really my 1st time issuing my own tickets. So thrilled.

For hotel stay, Cynthia made use of the FOC 1 night stay hotel voucher that she has gotten from a lucky draw at no other hotel but Four Seasons hotel! We were given a Deluxe Peak View twin room that is worth SGD800++ per night stay. We only paid for e extra bed. Super worth it!

F&E trip with anyone who has been to the place or are adventurous to explore is always a plus plus bonus to make e trip fun! Thank God I've met such nice colleagues who definitely brought me lots of fun!

1st day - purchased our return journey Airport Express ticket on e plane. it's like a normal MRT card which will bring us from the airport to HongKong stn. very convenient! reached HKG stn in 30mins!

Purchased e MTR card from there and took a train to Central Stn. Proceeded to check in but the hotel staff told us we could only come back 1-2 hrs later cos they were still packing our room. boo... so left our luggage with them and off we went for lunch.

The shopping ctr that was next to our hotel was a mixture of Vivocity, Taka and Paragon, selling high end stuffs. There's also sales at Zara and Mango but we ain't interested. We headed out instead.

Cheng lan, being our da ga jie (big sista), was indeed playing a gd role. She has been to HKG several times, can be our tour guide even! As for Cynthia, she's a gd motivator and with her around, there's no way u will feel bored.

Bought our bikinis at a shop after our lunch and decided to make gd use of it. Made use of our 5 stars hotel's facilities - swimming pool, steam bath and jacuzzi. Shiok! So much like a tai-tai. Really love such life! Spent the 1st day there relaxing and headed for dinner at some 'recommended' HKG cafe, a 6mins walk from the hotel, which was such a disappointment. We couldn't even finish what we ordered, what a shame! Took some time to explore Lam Kwai Fong area b4 heading back to the hotel to rest.

Continuation of e rest in next post...

Wednesday, July 22, 2009, 11:59 PM

Rainy, quiet day... spent @ hm cos I'm on leave. Played FB thru out e afternoon. Farm town is an addictive game. Packed my luggage. Sorta finalising what to bring. Cyn has helped to do the online check-in, CL has helped to buy insurance for us. Thanks so much, gals!

Itinerary wise, CL has a rough guide too. Printed that with our etkts receipt and will be bringing them along. It will be more of a shopping + eating trip. Hope e weather will be gd! Slight drizzling nvm but not typhoon pls.

Ling's bday celebration....
Tuesday, July 14, 2009, 11:59 PM

All smiles! After work, walked over to Dian Xiao Er at Vivo for Ling's bday celebration!

Jas, WX, Cindy and I were there to celebrate Ling's advanced bday. A round table were provided for 5 of us, which gave us a cosy feel.

Ordered the Family set. There's soup, fish, pork ribs, a very big plate of veggie and not forgetting e very nice "Duck roasted with 10 wonder herbs" aka Shi Quan Duck. Haha... like what they commented, it's true that it's more worth it when there are more pple eating this. They served quite big portions for each dish so if there's only 2 person going, at most you can only order up to 2 dishes with 1 soup maybe, and it's gonna make u so full by then. But now, we can try so many dishes... i wanna bring my dear to go and eat some days!

After we finished our meal, we decided to go to Ben & Jerry which is just beside the restaurant. we could give up our table to others, who were still waiting outside. Biz seems to be gd even on a weekday like this.

As for Ben & Jerry, it's e opposite, we were sitting there with nobody else. WX went to choose e ice cream with the toppings... and decided to give Ling a treat. So nice of him. When he came back, we were saying that he's so fast! he said he didn't notice there's more flavors at the other side. Hahaa.. no wonder he came back so fast! Luckily the flavors are liked by us -chocolate, mango sherbet are nice!

Finished eating, chit-chat awhile before we decided to move on to present giving. Earlier on, only our table was occupied.. but I realised that when I wanted to snap candid and formal pics of Ling opening up e pressies, the crowd slowly formed. There's always pple behind her when I tried to take her individual shots... Hahaha.. shd have done that earlier on! But I wouldn't say that they spoilt the pics bcos the background of the pics still stands out more. Ling is gettting more and more prettier. Even my Mom thinks so. Hehe~ If she sees this post, I'm sure she will be v happy. Haha~

Gotten her a dress this time, hope that she will like it and also hope that it will fit her perfectly. Cindy has gotten her a bracelet with a heart, that was embossed with a bear, so unique. Also a pair of earrings imported from TW. Can see that Ling likes them alot. As for Jas, as usual, she puts in lotsa effort in coming up with the wrapping of e pressie. The wordings - 0717 represents Ling's bday and inside some of the no. there were presents in them. I rmb there's lipsticks, earrings and one more... can't rmb!! oops! But I rmb Ling likes it too bcos she seems to say it's quite gd.

Nice time camwhoring and gather together just like our poly days. Sweet! ^^ Fun, fun time. Hope to hang out real soon again. Hopefully it's NOT gonna be X'mas or smth.... cos there's no upcoming bday celebrations until next yr.

Pple MIA: Stel & LY. Hope to see them soon yeah!

Happy bday in advance to Ling!! =)

CAN! Click Event @ Iluma - Part 2 of e day
Saturday, July 11, 2009, 11:59 PM

Jean and Keith, went me to Iluma to look for Jas they all. While waiting for Jee to arrive, we went to participate in some activities organised by CAN! again.

It's their 2nd edition of the Singapore 2010 CAN! event that I've went. This round, the theme is on Digital Media, which is organised by Nanyang Poly.

Digital visual effects -  It's smth FOC and everybody can go and try it out. Just have to stand in front of a backdrop and pose with the props given and it would be impose into the background of the computer screen. Jas, her bro and WX went to try that and got an instant print card size pic for them to keep. So cool, isn't it?!

There's also character drawings outside Iluma where there will be characters dressed up on stage, 2 at a time and those pple who wanna participate will get a white tee shirt to draw on it. Woo anime drawing's kinda fun too! Too bad, we are can't draw... if not, we would have stood there like an artist and bring those awesome masterpiece home!

To collect the goodie bags like the last time, we need to complete some mission. This round it seems easier, just have to get chops from the ppl in cosplays!!

Haha... but this round i'm not that enthu anymore. I didn't participate and bcos I thot the goodie bag looks e same like last time, I just didn't participate much, except to take some pics of myself in the Youth Guru makeover pic which will allow us to be the beta user of the 2010 Virtual World.

Jas they all completed the event with all e chops and received e e goodie bag with another CAN! badge. After Jee came, we decided to go follow her to Bugis Village to get her stuffs, since we were not in e 'catching movie' or shopping mood at Iluma.

Keith was too tired to join us further after that cos of too much cycling earlier on. As for Jean, she decided to go to her grandma's place which was just a stone's away from there.

We were left with 5 of us... haha.. and we decided to go have dinner @ Wang Jiao HK cafe - Bugis Junction. The food was fabulous. Much better than Kim Gary or Xin Wang, etc!! But service wise, abit lousy. The waitress dun wear a smile when they serve us and looked super reluctant to come over when we asked for e menu for a 2nd time.

Off we went for Ah Chew Dessert. Jee and I ordered our all time fav - mango sago dessert! Jas said she nvr been there b4 (which I rmb she did!!) haha... and her bro and WX also seemed to be there for the 1st time. We had a gd laugh or was it me who luffed too hilariously that pple were staring at our table. That's bcos WX ordered the wrong dessert which became the black sesame iso the black glutinous rice and there's alot of commotion when  kept pushing it to Jas' bro which reminds me of the previous similar incident. Hah... so funny!

P/S Sorry peeps that I was not being a really gd 'organiser'. The event was as happening as I thought. (Pics will be up another time if I rem!!)

Cycling @ ECP - Part 1 of e day
, 11:58 PM

Boy! Was happy that I'm given a chance to organise outing once again! At 1st we wanna go BBQ but venue was not set, plus many pple are not available that day. So we decided that a cycling trip will be much easier to plan. My colleagues were saying that they wanna bring their family along, so if we can also bring along our family and frenz. I've asked Jean and Jeecheng to join us. Haha.. both replied that it's too early cos we decided to meet at ECP Mac at 8.30am. In e end, Jean agreed to come, as for Jeecheng, she will only join us with afternoon's event.

Early morning, it was drizzling at my place and I received sms from Margaret and Janise that it's raining at their place too. We still decided to go on with the plan. Linda also smsed me to ask what time will we stay until, which means she might be joining us. Cool, the more the merrier!

Jean, JC, Keith and I were among the 1st to reach. Weather check: No more drizzling, getting sunnier. Good sign! We had breakfast at Macs before renting the bicycles for 1hr-free-1hr at the bicycle rental shop near Macs. We rode and rode for 45mins and found a nice shelter to rest. I received Margaret's call that she had reached Macs. Coincidentally, Linda also called JC at e same time! Our Xiao Di decided to ride back all the way to look for them.

The to-and-fro journey was unexpectedly long. This really tires poor Xiao Di out. While waiting for them to come, we decided to camwhore and also carved our names on the trees. The bark of the trees were especially white and we were not the only ones 'vantalising' the trees. After an hour or so, all the VIPS came! (",) Linda and her hubby brought their baby along, together with their maid; Margaret came with her son too.

Pretty happy time spent. Chatted awhile before we decided to cycle back to return the bicycles and we were just in time to do so. As for Margaret and Linda, they also decided to return the bicycles even though they only ride for 1 hr. Baby Ian even fell aslp when his daddy rode him back. Must be bcos of the opposite wind blowing against us when we cycled back.

Haha... we decided to go Macs for lunch again. This time, shared with Jean cos I wasn't that hungry after I had heavy breakfast earlier on. Margaret and her family were at Coffee Bean then.

Great time catching up with Linda at the Macs. After our lunch, Margaret still remembered that some of us would be heading towards Bugis and told her hubby to give us a lift; while they were making their way there for lunch. Thanks Margaret!

For the CAN! Click event, Jean, Keith and Jeecheng will be joining me together with Jas, her bro and WX. (Will continue this in the next post.)

Updates...
Wednesday, July 8, 2009, 11:53 AM

Always e case - got really excited and thought everything is gonna change but when logical mind sets in, everything is back to reality.

The cost of doing up the portfolio is superbly high!! Alot of what-ifs come to my mind. the biggest one is: WHAT IF no assignment wants me in e end??!

The portfolio consists of 4 outfits: business, casual, elegant and bridal wear. got chance to wear wedding gown, quite tempted. but i think i must gain weight 1st! if not how to look nice in that?! will have professional photographers and makeup artist to finish the job for the com card. The com card will consist of the photos of us in different outfits for the agency to market us to the clients which they will be printing in bulks.

Heard from Wei Jian (also currently a freelance model) that it's a highly competitive market, sometimes u won't even get chosen during the casting. Oh man.. sounds like those caylehfare! Have to be patient in this line. Of cos i'll be very happy if i get to see myself in e advertisement in the newspaper, magazines, banner, posters, on the wallpapers of the mrt, tv commercials, etc.

I wonder will the many babes and hunks I saw during the interview today take up the job offer. Their qualities seem so much better than me, but I think if I wanna stay competitive, I will have to find a way to be really confident so that I can get chosen. lolz.

Tmro i'll be giving them my ans as to whether I'm still keen to take up the job. I guess this is a gd experience as an eye-opener. Nth to lose =)

Freelance modelling
Tuesday, July 7, 2009, 10:07 PM

Was approached by someone at the mrt stn whether am i interested for the above... and received a phone call from them today asking me to go for an interview. sounds fun... but as usual, i get jitters during interviews all e time.. so yeah, wish me all e best tmro. =P

They asked me to bring along my photo. But i dun have any instant ones with me. so yeah.. no choice. actually, i really hope to be appearing in some fashion magazines one day for some fashion shoots. but if u ask me to be model- doing catwalk, it's really a no-no for me.

well, for this... i dunno exactly what will they be asking me to do, cos they have many kinds of assignments. it's not a sure get in job, so dun say anything so early also. haha.. just to daydream, if u ever see me in some advertisements, dun get a shock. slim chance of happening though! i went thru their website, the models are tip top and so professional, me??? a long way to go. =P

Test?!
Monday, July 6, 2009, 9:50 PM

Was giving a sudden test paper during work. it's an open-book test, where we can look at our farelist and flip thru all our notes. JC was timing while she's also doing the paper bcos we all didn't want to stay back, so we took 2 shifts. I was the 2nd shift to do the test. Took 57 mins to complete just 10 qns.

The qns look okay to me but really requires effort and knowledge. not just from our daily work but more to it. This really reflects on how much we know abt our work. I dun mean that if we can't do e papers, we can't complete our daily work but we could be just doing it blindly without knowing the concept behind it.

Not so sure why our boss suddenly give us the qns. Maybe recently she finds us making more and more silly mistakes that can be avoidable? But I guess it's really gd to test us once a while to see where our standards are. At the same time, this gives me a gd reason to start improving myself and be more alert on areas I seldom take note of.

Hope boss will go thru the qns with us once she completed marking the papers. Wondering how would I fare.

S-t-r-e-s-s-e-d!

Bday pressie hunting
Sunday, July 5, 2009, 11:59 PM

Went to Jurong Point to get Ling's pressie. Along the way, "borrowed" Mom's eyes to see if there's anything nice and suitable for Ling. I still prefer the new extension of the shopping mall and finally found her gift there. Hope she will like it as much as me. whee~ the joy of buying pressies is putting in effort to choose, waiting for e person's expressions to see how much they love ur gift.

GSS is still going on, really can find great buys there! Gotten myself a hot pink skirt-shorts at John Little.

Went by Icing Room to watch so many pple decorating and personalising the plain, white cakes with tasty and colourful toppings, ribbons and other decorations. I specially like this cos it's smth u can express ur creativity and it will never be exactly the cake decoration as others. That's why it's so special, whether u are the one giving/receiving the cake.

p/s Really hope to find a gd activity to keep me occupied on Sundays. To ease Monday blues as well!

♥ Follow up post...
Saturday, July 4, 2009, 8:33 PM

on my massage and facial session today!

Think next time, to prevent any cock-up, I should NEVER make 2 appts too closely together. Can be the same day but the timing must be wider apart.

Like today, I was waiting and waiting for Margaret's call until it's 11.55am and she's still not here. Our massage appt was at 12pm. As usual, me being the kan chiong queen, cannot stand waiting at home and went downstairs to wait. I called her and noted that she was still on her way cos her daughter has accidentally locked herself in the study room and there was no way they could open it from outside using a key as there's another latch from the inside of the door. Eventually, she managed to get out of e roomie. Phew~

Margaret also lent me her luggage which I only spoke to her about it yest. Gd memory! Can save me a whole lot of hassle from carrying around in public transport! I brought it upstairs and rushed down again.

We reached the massage centre, Nyonya Weina, near Farrer Park mrt station at about 12.20pm. It's okay bcos they leave a slot of 90mins for us just in case we wanna do 2 kinds of massages, which is 45mins each.

The massage is more on focusing on our health and not just relaxation ones like those in facial salon. It's an Indonesia family method beauty centre, which provides many professional services like:

- Gold Coin Slimming Massage
- Jamu Body Treatment
- Minyak Oles Breast Enhancement
- Post-natal Wrap
- Family Herb Steam Bath
- Facial

They can customise the massage accordingly to your health. From our trial visit, they would be able to tell us roughly what we need to pay attn to.

Okay, I find the massage quite gd, except that it's quite painful as well. They incorporate the normal massage of the acupressure points with gold coin that they called it. It's like Chinese' Gua 1 Sha 1, if u have heard it b4. They use the coin to rub against ur body which will help u to feel rejuvenate at the end of the session. I believe that it's also to get rid of the wind in the body. After the massage, Margaret commented that my back are all RED with marks, like kanna bashed up by pple. When I looked at her, I got a shock as well, her neck seemed all bruised, which was worst than love bites. But we didn't complain that it was pain when we touch the "injured" areas.

The masseuse told me that for me, it's bcos I have poor blood circulation, could be due to lack of slp, using too much PC, etc. Recommended to do more massage to see improvement. Same for MA, she also have to do more improve her blood circulation. She even went on to sign 24 sessions with them for $1.1k+ (which she can use for another service too). If 10 sessions will be for $650, which I might think abt it. No hard-selling, which is good!

Finished the session at 1.30pm. Need to rush for my facial appt at Chinatown at 2pm. Chop chop... cannot go with an empty stomach, so I ordered a plate of banana prata the nearby coffee shop. They have lots of pratas to choose from, got ice-cream prata somemore!! Their curry sauce is so nice! Not spicy at all! I like!

Next up, my facial appt with Skin Revival! Reached Chinatown mrt at 2.05pm. Ran all e way to the EXIT that pointed to Lucky Chinatown. The hot scorching sun is making me sweat like crazy. Ran to CK and exit thru the other exit, saw Oriental Plaza which Cindy told me it's near This Fashion, where the shophouses are. I even walked up to Keong Saik Street cos I could NOT find any block 49 at all at Kreta Ayer Street. I hereby declared I cannot read MAP at all. Somehow, I managed to find out where SATA was after asking 2 ppl for directions and noted that the facial salon is at the same stretch. Pple even told me that SATA was moved to AMK liao! This one I really dunno. Then suddenly, it strikes me lahs! There's no block 49, it's their UNIT no. Aiyooo... so blur! so I was there all along, just that I could locate it.

So anxious, kinda waiting for their call to check on me, but nope. I managed to reach there finally like 2.20pm. The staff are young and friendly, somehow they look like my age and are bilingual. They did an analysis with me before the start of the facial, like what facial and makeup products am I using, what's my purpose of coming here, etc. Then, they even explained STEP by STEP the procedures of what they are going to do for me. Eg. 1st of all, we are going to remove ur makeup, do u wear any mascara? Then, we will do a double cleansing for u, etc etc! Wow.. never have anyone brief me like that before. Best part was that they even asked for my budget before doing anything. Lovely! Haha... so yups, I was pretty satisfied with everything, even the painful extraction was okay for me, steaming was done before e start of the 30mins extraction which helps to open up the pores, so it's not so painful. I enjoyed the acupressure and the shoulder massage, which I think that the beautician is really gd at all. Fell aslp after she put the mask on my face. Simply too relaxing! =)

No hard-selling as well like what Cindy told me. I can even go back to think abt the package or I could choose to go 3 consecutive times every mth and the 4th time, I can be considered as a regular to enjoy discounted price. Thinking of switching here, plus their products are made of natural ingredients. Gd! Dun think it's as exp as the one that I'm going currently. I can even buy for sample-size products to see if my skin will have allergic reactions to them or not.

Am a very satisfied customer today =) Feel like being a tai-tai! Enjoying all day long. Haha.. sometimes I wish money would drop from the skies, so that I can enjoy like this everyday! Dreaming!! =P

Random....
, 11:03 AM

Before I go for my massage with MA (now waiting for her hubby and her to come here to pick me up) and going to facial later, I shall update some random stuffs:

Think UOB and me are not really fated... in a sense that I lost my internet banking password all the time. I have to reset a million time to the fact that I gave up and rather use the ATM machine to check my account balance. I should write down my pw somewhere, I know... I know.. but the thing is that I did write down before and I dunno where I left it. How can I be so careless?!!!! Better cultivate a gd habit before it's too late huh!

OCBC and UOB atm can be used interchangeably! I am like a Sua Ku lahs. I tested the OCBC atm with my UOB card and it works! hohoho... so i'm here telling u pple that if u can't find an OCBC atm machine, freak not... cos u can always use the UOB one to withdraw ur cash and so on!

On the same day, went to check out Iluma at Bugis! A big shopping mall with real fun arcade at the 2nd top floor. Saw teenagers playing the hopping game by hopping on a board to finish the race, seems so fun. Seems like taking over the DDR. Everybody was crowding around watching them play. Almost every shops are opened except the very top storey. Somehow I dun think there's much of a crowd, bcos maybe not many pple know that it's officially open. Yah... heard that their in-house brand cinema is not bad too. Spacious seat with comfy leg space and sweet popcorn! =)

Though D is having his off day, I didn't get a chance to see him at all cos he's gg for his colleague's baby shower, not anywhere but in Malacca. They are all driving up there to visit e full mth baby. Blur D, already told him I've charged e battery for him b4 passing him the camera, still went to charge at home. And ended up bringing out the camera w/o e battery! Dots. Thought finally can see his colleagues pics and this happens. Somemore this time, it's him who asked for e camera. Fated! =P

Went to PS alone after work. Just went on Mon with D, for my follow up at Eu Yan Sang. But today was bcos I was too lazy to change train at Dhoby Ghaut, so just thought of shopping there.

Walked and walked towards my fave soft toy machines located just outside Yoshinoya at B1. Searched for my coin pouch and got a $1 coin out. Went to one of e attractive machines and dropped my coin in. Was thinking of only playing once and leave for good. After moving the joystick and positioning the grab, I looked down at the timing, it was not moving. Stuck!!! but the music was still playing in e background. Then I pressed the button below to reject the coin but cannot. So I moved the joystick again towards the right and press the grab button again. The wheel of fortune at e wall turned but DIDN'T point to 'CHANCE' or 'FATE'. If it does, it could grip harder on the soft toy so that we can have a higher chance of winning...

Soon a few pple were surrounding me and we watched e soft toy dropping down to the hole below! It's like WOW, unbelievable okay!! I dunno if the rest realised e machine hanged earlier on. I got to choose a soft toy inside e machine and when I spotted the Tenorikuma, I told e person I wanted that w/o hesitation!! Hahhahaa.. I've only seen the brown/yellow one but not a dark grey one like this. It's made of soft, velvet material and there's a label which says that it's from Sanrio. Yay, I'm a HAPPY gurl. This is absolutely sheer LUCK!! =D This has become my new TOY! yay!

Lis is going somewhere again this July... hoho, wanna keep a surprise but I'm sure I will give hints before it takes place, be it in FB or msn or blog. LOL! xP

P/S Gotta use the drag-and-drop method to upload pics as I'm still experiencing problems in uploading pics. The huge-sized pics ripped straight from FB looks okay to me when I tried to publish e entry but I dunno how it will turn out in IE. Just bear with me in e meantime yah =P
