I like the way my life is occupied with activities right now. It's going on well like how I want it to be. In fact, I'm saving up money to take up courses if possible bcos I want a consistent activity for me to look fwd to. Be it the dance/yoga classes. If can, I wanna take up scrapbook decoration lessons when I have more spare cash. This mth's calendar is marked with activities, wooo! I like! =)))
I have been psycho-ing myself to eat and eat. It works. Even when I'm not hungry, I will still eat. Then slowly, I find myself getting more and more hungry and it's a gd sign! Plus the fact that I'm eating rice (chicken rice, nasi lemak, mixed vege rice, etc) for almost every lunch since last week. Gd gd! Not like last time, prawn noodles, fish soup with thick bee hoon, yong tau foo with bee hoon, etc. Those will only keep me full for a few hrs b4 I get hungry at 5 plus but nth to munch on when I was hungry at work. Now different, cos my colleague is preggy, she eat, I will eat. Great influence! Sometimes, we wonder who is e preggy one when I am hungrier than her. lol!
Thinking of gg for an outdoor jogging session one day to balance up with eating and exercising. Let's see... if i can find anyone to do so with me. otherwise, i shall just hit e gym once more with my colleagues.
